me and a friend did the milk one to see who could hold the most, but we did it in half pint cartons of milk. i got to 21, and he got to 22, then we both sat in the bath room for about 2 hrs. neither of us puked, but we both were at the state fair for 4h, and he had a cow there, so we are pretty tolerant to milk.
