Challenge them to eat 6 premium plus or similar salted crackers in a minute without the assistance of drink. Sounds easy but your mouth will dry up fast, only seen one person i know do it.

i donno if this adds up to a gallon, but me and my friends call that the gallon challene. gallon of milk in under an hour. we did it on a sports trip last summer and every kid threw up or couldnt finish.
i thought it was 7 crackers too

It is a gallon of milk, Dizzle did it on that Inked show... I thought about doing it, divide the jug into 6 equal parts, (just mark it off with a marker) and drink each of them over 10 minutes. or 5 minutes, with a 5 minute break in between.
