they are good. I've had no problems. Mount farther up from suggested though. I made the mistake of accepting the regular mounting position.m its way too far back.
nose press for a day. like, ride switch and nosepress, and land switch nosepressing. they will break in, as did mine, and you will be able to butter them like mad, as do mine.
it's cool.
threres a thread exactly like this that i posted on 2 days ago... but i wont be a dick. they handle excellent in the park. this years are the softest flex yet and ive watched bibby do some sick butters on them so the new ones have flex. i dont know about the previous ones as much but i know they arent ridiculously stiff they're still a good park ski.
they are pretty stiff, but they make stiffer. If you want to soften them up real fast, stand one up on a carpet. and flex it repeatedly. I did that with both skis for like 5 minutes a peice and they softened up real nice. If you leave them stiff, and don't take a file and totally annihilate the edge underfoot like I did, then they rip all mountain as well. They worked just fine for me on rails, even before i destroyed the edge completely. In pow they were still fat enough to keep my skiiny ass on top of the pow.
Depending on your groomer to pow ratio, I think that either these or the seth viciouses would be the best one ski quiver you could get.
