To the douche bags who get on this site and bash anything and everything: FUCK YOU This site was created to allow skier to have a meeting point. It has now become a place to bash someone who is trying to ask a question, or make a ski movie. As I remember 8 yrs ago skiing was becoming old and stale, and yet there were people still behind it pushing to keep it alive and give it new life. But 8 yrs later these people aren't even being acknowleged for what they stood behind when a sport was on the verge of death. I know that this rant will get posts saying this kid must love MSP and blah blah blah it sound like you haven't gotten laid in a while and other shit like that and to tell the truth I don't fucking care Im going to ski and have fun. Bash whoever you want racers snowboarders old people ski instrutors and so forth, but just let the animosity go (For the 12-18yr old age range douchebags who don't know what animosity means, it mean hate) Let people enjoy the slopes the way they want to. Sooner or later you have to figure out that the world doesn't revovle around you and your not always going to get your way (even though some of you assholes out there will use your parents money to think that you can get away with murder). I was pissed off that some one was pissed that MSP used Wolfmother for the teaser. WHO FUCKING CARES? Do you have to tell people that so you can use it as another asinine reason to hate a movie company? (asinine-stupid or foolish) When a kid get on and asks how to slide a rail or how to throw a 360 some members tear them apart, while others try to guide them along. To the people that try to make this a legimate website, thanks you have given me a little hope to the goodness in mankind. To everyone else who destorys their ability, FUCK YOU, I'm guessing at one time or another you asked someone for some help on something. The other day I was watching videos and one came up about a friend that passed away after it was shot, and some douchebag has the nuts to write that it was a stupid video and the skiing was gay. HEY FUCKTARDS WHEN A FRIEND OF YOURS DIES SEND ME THE VIDEO AND I WILL SAY THAT IT WAS GAY AND THEN SEE WHAT THE FUCK I AM TALKING ABOUT This place is growing toward acommunity of people that rag on everything that isn't cool and what stuff their parents or trust funds are going to buy them next year, and pushing out the people that have given their live soul and mind to this sport. This was a place that had great potential but like many other things in this world the idiots came in and destored it. FUCK OFF NEWSCHOOLERS I QUIT

i agree with you. BUT...

It's been said before. A lot. People are bored with these threads by now. Everybody agrees that hate is a bad thing. But here's the thing about NS: IT'S BIG.

Size is a double edged sword: there is more hate, but more resources as well. When i first found NS as a skiing news site, the forums weren't particularly useful; threads sometimes wouldn't get responses for days. But everybody seemed to know each other. Now, with 80,000 members, it's impossible for everybody to know each other personally. So naturally people aren't going to be as polite in the heated debates we get going around here as they might if everybody was close friends. Swing by the cults or regional forums sometime; people are generally closer-knit and generally nicer.

It's an internet forum, man. You can't take everything personally. And for future reference, when you're making a thread about hate, please refrain from saying FUCK YOU every other sentence.

A little too much......but i agree with him. Lat left....skierman bearly goes on........the funnyest.....best people on NS last because of alll the BS. And stop with the noob shit....soo he has a low post count.....who cares...brobably can ski better then most you people can.

I used to love to go on the trip tip part of the site......then it just turned to shit.... I love this site for info on trailers....gear.....comps....and just meeting other riders........but this is getting way to stupid at times.

I dunno, maybe it is because he brobably does ski better then most people on this site. did i have any bad points in my post......i don't think soo. As a matter of fact, you prove most of my arguments to be valid. Ohh and BTW i really do like MSP's films, i could care less of the politics behind the movies, those films get me pumped for skiing and thats all that matters.

Maybe you should try getting a little less over-excited so you can give some thought about constructing grammatically correct sentences with correct spelling. Anyone can perspicacious words, just go to dictionary.com. I suspect that you probably did.

I fuck sorry that I don't spend my time jibber jabbering about all the shit that goes on this industry I have better things to do then waste my life away on this website... I was just serious pissed that some asshole on this site coundn't give some one who has passed on to the giant ski hill in the sky some respect... I tried to use this website as a tool but all the fucking claimer and gymnast on this website just flooded it with no real point... and I swear that next time I rant I'll have a billion post and some time under my belt...
