my friend just got a trampoline with rubber bands that doesnt have much bounce, are trampolines better with springs or rubber bands?

mine has springs one it. if your buddys tramp is old make sure the bands aren't worn out cause one bounce, they snap, adn you are screwed or in pain at least

hasn't anyone seen those white "olympic" trampolines, they utilize springs as well as a mat that looks like interwoven rubber bands. And you can jump much MUCH higher with those

rubber bands don't have as much bounce. but they're supposed to be safer because they won't rust and break as quickly as springs (actually, they won't ever rust) and they won't hurt as much if you land at the edge of the tramp and put a leg through the holes between the springs.
