are the 1260's too flexible?

Ok, heres the thing, i may be getn a good deal on a pair of 12's, but i hear that line is really really soft, and i dont like that. Since they only have size 177 at the store, i also kinda dont like that. but the thing is, i weigh like 192 lbs, and am 6'1. This is just pure pipe and park. So are they just too flexible?

They will be great in the air, but on the ground they will likely break or at the very least wash out on landings. I've got the skogans which are a little stiffer, and I weigh less than you and they broke from just landings.

well, i dunno, its strange, philous big, but uses 1260's in park and pipe, but if you dont like soft skis, then get some other ones, stiff ones, just cause its a good price dont mean you buy it

i'm basically the same as you, just like two inches shorter and i have those same size 1260s, and they haven't broken on me yet, i like em a lot too, and i've broken shitloads of skiis this year...so these were suprising

dude lines don't break anymore than anyother skis. I came down in the back seat as far as possible on a pair of skogens landing flat on a big ass jump. My looks fucked me in the ass and the lines held strong.

yea, lines are wayyyyyyyyy to soft, i demoed the 1260's in a 182 last year, and broke em the 2nd run in the moguls, i wouldnt get em

yo petek, I cant tell you about the 1260's but my skogens hold fine on some pretty bad landings. Also, I LOVE moguls and they have done fine, not sure about the guy who was saying they break. Oh yeah, and I weigh 200 lbs, so I am guessin most done put at much pressure on them as me. Go skogens(see the post about the skogens wanted, I have some for sale :)
