Getting flash document into premier?

Does anyone know how to get a flash animation into premier? Im not a real computer wiz, and i don't know how to get my flash mx 2004 document in the right format so i can put it in adobe premier. Help would be much appreciated.

export the flash file as something other than a .swf, like a .mov or .mpg, one of those two should work.

you have to import the file, not open it.
you can make titles by going to file/new/title

give me your cd key for premiere and ill do it for you... but just go to file export save it as a .mov and then go to file and import into collection and find the file
