Mike Nick Pro Models(the ones with the tree eating the asain dude) for sale, 178cm, 86mm underfoot, questions or anything PM me, I'll try to get pics up soon.
The Bases are all but flawless, no core shots, no deep gouges. The topsheets are mostly nice, there are a couple nicks about the size of an asprin on one ski, the other is fine. They haven't seen alot of use, I only brought them out a few days last season cause I didn't want the kids I was teaching running over them. They are mounted with Look P12's on the demo plate so no need to re-drill, I wsa hoping to get around $300 with binders, but if you don't want them, I'll take some off of the price.
Sorry I posted twice, they do have a couple nicks on the top sheet, like I said, but they are damn nice, they carve like none other(for a twin)and just rip everywhere, I don't have to get rid of them, but I'm in Alaska now so I figured I'd let someone else have fun with them and get myself a wider ski.
i have a pair of those, they ski so nice everywhere...i use them more for an all mt. twin cuz i have a park ski and they rip. super stable and actually carve really well. someone should pick these up.
you should def hang onto them , very nice skis and always fun for just cruising the groomers or the park. Plus you'll never get more than $200 for them this time of year. Maybe try ebay like mid winter
I was hoping $300 for the set-up, but I'll hear reasonable offers, they aren't trashed at all, maybe ridden a dozen days. And you're half right, arsenic... the Mike Nicks and the Skogen have the same dimensions, fatty base and edge, most of the stuff is the same, but the Mike Nicks have a slightly softer flex pattern once broken in, for better park ability, and because Mike is a light guy.
Breathing new life into an old thread...still for sale guys, someone pick these up, I want some Prophet 130s for Alaska Pow skiing, and can't afford them unless I get rid of these.
