It seems like Eric Pollard is one of the most popular skiers today, definately one of the most stylish and he's always talked about. It seems to me that he's had a whole lack of good film segments tho. I remember him having segments in Happy Dayz or Propaganda, maybe both. But they were never long or showcased a whole lot of his talent. Anyways, my question, will Push have Eric Pollard's long-time-coming killer segment? Or will it be another average MSP movie? ps. switch double backflip in the trailer is sick (not pollard tho), go check it out.
Look.....pollard is not really a park skier any more. He does have the HUGE tricks in his bag, but he just does not use them. He focuses on style, and smooth lines in the BC. I think he is just happy as hell throwing down smooth 1s,3s, and 5s. The man's style is what skiing schould be. All of his tricks are smooth to perfection.
Do you know him? Sounds like it. I don't really personally, but have skied with him a few times when I was at Hood...all three times we were in the park for a portion of the day, at least a few laps.
His film segments aren't based
in the park, but the dude still skis park....Hood post March and onward
till the winter picks back up.....agreeed on his film segments though, BC based....as it should be.
last time i read the teleprompter it said pollard it the most splendid, amazing, kool, neat, everything skier in the world
and i think that if u hav thad the chance to ski weith him u will hav a long prosperous life
if you watch his athlete edited segmints in like the Hit List and Pull..they have more footage and are way longer..i found pull was longer than push altogether
