Replying to i no longer have any faith in US media

This isnt an anti-american thread, at all. After watching an episode of CNN, i saw a speach from a guy that said, 'we americans, were the SOLE keepers of peace in europe during ww2.' How can ppl even show this on TV? Another was when, the united states gov. shut down al jazeera. Al jazeera was an arab website, that spoke for the people of arab descent. No more freedom for them i guess.
I also remember watching CNN, during the 9/11 crisis, where a reporter went around asking for ppls opinion, on live TV. He approached some guy, who said 'maybe we should look into our foreign affairs, so this wont happen again'. This man, was called a 'fucking arab lover!' said the reporter! He was then kicked off the camera.
there are more examples, like CNN refusing to show video of the American POW's, while showing Iraqi POW's. They call it 'selective data-distribution'. I dont want other ppls opinions on what i want to know, i want the real facts. Selective data distribution, in my mind, is more like propaganda, then anything else.
btw, i did see the POW video, so i know whats on it.
