What is the best 3 CCD cam, or HD cam. Is the canon GL2 one of the best?

i don't think so, my finred has one and its prety good on sunny days shoots nice, but other lighting conditions other cams out preform it. i have heard that the panasonic dvx 100 B is the best 3ccd cam.

dude-you should look at the panasonic dvx100a or dvz100bq..the bq is probably the best for what you want

get a panasonic pvgs 300 it retals for like 700 but on froogle.com i found one for $480. its a solid amature cam and has really good imagestabilization, its not as fancy as a gl1 or a gl2. but its still a good minidv

gl2 fuckin sucks. the vx1000 is many years older and much better. you cant manually white balance with gl2s theres only indoor, outdoor, set, and auto. set just automatically sets to what it thinks is a good white balance and it normally never does a good job
