'No piece of square dry paper can be folded more than 7 times in half. '
after 10 minutes of folding paper I found it to be true. NS is so amazing...

No matter how big the paper is, you still cannot do it. Its not so much the getting smaller, its how many layers of paper build up. I just tried it with a 3x3 newspaper, and you cannot do it, and newspaper is thinner than most paper. If I find a bigger piece of paper ill try it again, but I think its true, NO piece of square dry paper can be folded 8 times
