How do i post vids?????

My friend e-mailed me this video of him doing a front flip of his roof into into his pool on rollerblades its sick its like 30 ft drop... theres also one of himlaunching a kicker like 15 ft into the air and landing in his hot tub.... it looks like it really hurt...

that is not an adres though, that is ftp. it means user name is ns, password is ns, port is 1331 and ip is whatever it was.

e-mail it to me or ftp to 24.112.10.252 using user name and password ns, ns at port 1331... if you don't know what that means, just e-mail it to me.. or if you have it online, I'll link to it.
