If you've seen his segment in Stereotype, all he really does (not like i can do it at all) is that he got just enough air (like 1.5 feet above the ledge) and rested his noses on the ledge on this way up and down, he didn't really stall it or put any weight on it, but it was pretty damn cool anyways.

no, the reason that he isn't moving at that point is because he is at the highest point of his jump. when he is there, he rests his tips on the ledge, without ANY weight on them. if he did put weight on them, he could have stayed up there longer, or at least had some sort of popping off motion off it.
