Next summer the gonda @ B sky is being torn down, the thing is old as wood and parts are not made for it any more, a lift from the parking lot to the gonda let out area is the top alternative as of now. Just wanted to get that out there for my Fellow montanans.
That's the only alternative I can think of, all the trails start at the gondola. I might not make it up at all this summer though unless I decide to break down and buy the Heckler frame I've been eying.
yep, high speed six is answer, maybe even another gonda. I guess a tram pole needs to be moved as well due to slumping. i will keep asking for updates.
they are putting bike racks on swifty and building another lift with racks on it. I guess they are gping to get some more access to the iron horse side too.
I think the only good thing that has come out of the Boyne corporation is the sticker in the pizza place at Big Sky that says Bend Over You're Now Employed.
I guess it is getting kinda old. The line of sight is off? and the cement has a crack in it. Could last for a while longer though. Trams in Europe last for like 65 years. Also heard that they have comtemplated making access from the meadow
to andesite.
dude fuck the gondola, swifty lets u out in a better place anyways, catwalk over to the tram is like.. my morning tradition, i never ride the gondy, but if they have to tear down the tram, im gonna have to find a different home
yeah but if the concretes cracking we are talking about major repairs, that might cut into some of a season, so i guess bridger would have to do till then
