Well, to start off me and this girl have been like best friends of the opposite sex for a couple of years now. we have been in all of the same classes. We are always together and everyone always says we look great together and everyone always tells us we should go out. i was at a amusement park the other day and her and i were with a bunch of people. later on in the night, we wandered off and hung out for the rest of the night.(whick was like 2 hours)we had great conversation and everything. so the night ended and we took the bus home (this was a school thing) and talked a little more. the next day i went over to hang with another buddy and i finally got the balls to tell this girl how i really felt. i texted her because it was like 2AM and i didnt want to wake her up. Anyway it is like 830 now and shes still probly sleeping. in glad i got out the truth but im kinda "nervous" on what she will say and how our "relationship" will go on.(freinds or more than friends(
i guess wat im saying is wat does everyone think my chances with thins girl that is my best friend of the opposite sex is?
i know i make a lot of threads like this and im sorry....i just need peoples opions on it

texting her is a mistake, thats probably the least emotional way to do something. in person would have been the best with calling behind that, and maybe even IM behind that, but texting... call her and explain the text as soon as she wakes up. dont call her cell and wake her up, call her home phone every 30 minutes and ask her mom or something

that is like what went on with me and thig girl who i am friends with. we always hung out in school and everyone said how we should go out and how we would look really good together. so i asked her not in school (not by text message, but in person) and she got all weird and said she would think about it. she is kind of avoiding me now and acting all strange like. and not to mention, the weekend before we went to this town festival thig together and hug out for like 2 hours and we ended up kissing. so i really dont get why she would get all weird because a couple other girls have told me that she said she likes me. the point is, girls are very strange

theres this girl who i was best friends with for such a long and we both liked eachother alot, so one night im at her cabin in the mountains chillen with her and her family because we are all really close. her and i got pretty drunk and ended up having sex and we were together for about a year then we broke up but we are still best friends. so moral of the story is alcohol can do amazing things so drink with her and see what happens.but hey thats just what worked for me with a best girlfriend who i wanted to be together with.
