Atomic Free Zones

Earier today i was skiin at bittersweet, my local hiil, and i tried a backflip for the first time. I ended up landing on my back, but the landing was pretty soft so i didnt get hurt. As i started hiking back up for another attempt, i noticed one of my 00/01 atomic free zones was completely cracked behing the binding. I was pretty pissed. So i called up the shop where i bought them and they said atomic has a warranty on their skiis and it should be about a week turnaround befored i get new skiis. Im guessing theyll send me the new free zone rodeos, so if anyone one has them, tell me what you think about them. Thanks

I dont know about the skis...but one week turns into like 3...they said 2 weeks on my skis and now its been a month and i still haven't gotten them

I use 00'-01' freezones and they havnt given me any problems. I havnt really been able to go big yet though. I like them though.

atomic is really serious about their warrenty, i know 2 or 3 people who have delt with them and have gotten their stuff within a week. they are located right in southern nh so its not far away at all. everything i have heard anyone say about the rodeos is that they are sick skis, but my friend dave broke the new ones right in the same place! so uh, mixed review but overall i hear they are good and you should get your new ones quick!

everytime i returned my skis for new ones when i broke them i usually got my new pair in a week. longest i've ever had to wait was 2 weeks, and that was only once.

in my opinion, atomics are crap, the smart zones are a cheap ass imitation twin tip, with a lot of advertizing dollars behind them... get anything but atomics! plus their bindings sucks, the old ess var race bindings with a new name, masters of the killer pre release!

yea my freind had those exact skis and that exact thing happened. but yea if you get your skis back in a month you should concider yourself lucky. i sent my volkls back this year and it took a good 2 months and like 2 weeks. so if they are back in a week i could consider it a mariacle of god.

i had tweaks last year n my edge cracked like at around six places at the end of the year, sent them back n i ghot this years tweaks in not so long! awesome warranty
