i bring both up like a safety, then i grab one under the boot, then i kick the ungrabbed one down as hard as i can, keeping the leg im grabbing tucked up. there are other ways though

in inline and skiboarding instead of kicking it downwards u kick it more infront of u, looks alot more stylish.
