I hit my head pretty hard on the snow the other day and it didn't really feel too good. I'm thinking maybe I should get a helmet before I become a retard. Any of you have recommendations for a certain model? And a website maybe that sells them cheap?

I use the protec half pipe helmet. It is really good but if you hit it hard like really hard, it can break.

lol, I have a protec, its good. Today I was playing pool and I was chekcing my next shot by lining my head down on the table to check the line
when the other kid was about to shoot. aND he shot it right at my forehead my accidednt and it didnt hurt somehow.

it all depends on what fits you man. Everyone's hea dis different. It was a bitch finding a helmet that fit me...I ende dup going with the Giro Nine though

get a pro-tec snowboarding helmet, there cheaper and light weight

Boeri Axis is pretty nice it has a drop liner and outlast insulation.

yeah, helmets are ok. i personally dont usually wear mine, cause its uncomfortable, heavy, and ugly. uou wanna find something light. heavy helmets are prolly as dangerous as none at all. the extra weight strains your neck a way more in a big fall. make sure it fits too. i personally love my buddy's Giro 9.
