What's up with all of the one-footed grinds and stuff like that? I'm sure it's hard but i think for the most part a straight grind looks way cooler. If you're going to learn something hard i'd rather see a video of someone going switch to an unnatural grind than a 50-50 or a one footed grind.

dude, i really hate 50 50s and sex changes if thats the name. they just dont look that good. sure they are hard, but just stick to unnatural

Roussel, omg u made a nice point. They aren't 50/50's at all, I just now thought about that lol. And then I started thinking, alot of the terms we use are just snowboard and skateboard terms. Some stuff that just isnt possible we just stick the name on it cause its close enough, most people here hate fruit boot but grind wise, i think the term 50/50 should change like roussel said. That way u can do a freestyle makio(grab the free ski boot) when sliding, that would be sweet.

this kid at my mountain goes into the rail, jumps but doesnt turn and he crosses he tails like a froggy and slides forward like that so only his tails are on the rail

i think that 123ski's friend has a good idea. it would be super-cool to do a 180 inbetween and slide it switch while crossing his skis.

limwarrior u got them mixed up, makio is when u grab the other foot, freestyle makio is when u don't. free style as in its in the air free.
