I just hurt my neck

when i was reading this big list of stupid shit whille kind of high my neck twitched and i really hurt my neck. I had to go to the chiropractor for a month it sucked

my friend got a torti-collis(sp?) by putting his belt on, he couldn't move his head for like 2-3 days
