Yesterday I was driving my friends home from a party we had the previous night. When we reached this intersection, my Mercedies broke down. My friends had to get out and when the light turned green, they had to push me through the intersection. It was a pretty funny sight. We costed down a hill to the nearest gas station. I thought I might have ran out of gas or I was out of oil. But I had a little less then a quarter tank of gas and some oil, so that wasnt the C.O.D.(Cause Of Death). My dad had to come and rescue us. My dad got a tow truck and towed it to my house, where it now sits for the rest of its dead life. Turns out that some rod thing broke. Broken rod was the C.O.D. I am now nothing without that car. R.I.P. Mercedies, R.I.P.
my mercedes was sold last year. i went shopping and took my moms car, when i got home my car was gone. my dad had a large stack of $20s, indicating we sold it to a dealer. later that night, a friend came up to me and together we figured out that my parents had sold my car to an acquantiance of mine, who promptly got a Posession ticket and totaled it.
i miss my benz! even my new car doesnt replace it...
was it a piston rod cause thats liek a new engine.. and a pushrod i don't think could break through cause their tiney... but that sucks dude, my step brother had that happen to his snowmobile had to buy a new engine just ended up selling it instead of re building it
I'm not sure what the name is but my friends BMW did the same thing. The part isnt to expensive but you have to rip the entire engine apart to get to it. That equates to mad bills in service fees...its generally not worth fixing em.
Yeah I think it was the Piston Rod because my dad was pissed for like 2 days. I dont think were going to fix it. Its dead. I want to get this ambulance for sale. That would be dope to drive.
yea the mercedies in the backseat of my megacab broke down after I was towing my ferarri equipted with dual seadoos and atv complete with snowmobile.
it was okay because it's always a steep downhill with sparsely spaced trees and there's never a shortage of untouched pow, so i just hopped on my prophets, put my other 7 skis in my backpack, and skied home.
I think I got my megacab and my ferarri equipted with dual seadoos and atv complete with snowmobile airlifted home, I can't remember because I got so crunk off of don perion with expensive hookers that I blacked out.
If you thought the problem might be that you have no oil, then you clearly don't take care of your car and don't deserve to have one at all. Spoiled bitches.
that happened to our family merc...blew out a piston - felt like a fucking full body massage...car was vibrating like a fucking dildo...not that i would know how that feels...err..
i think people need to know that cars down run on hopes and dreams. They need oil to run. That car probably had tons more life in it, but you guys dcon't keep up with the service. Ohh, and if you have low oil/old oil, it is just as bad as no oil at all.
And..If you are throwing rods and pistons out in a Mercedes or Bmw you must be doing something pretty wrong like driving with absolutely no oil because those engines are built like tanks.
You mean a connecting rod? There is no such thing as a piston rod, as there is no rod on a piston. The connecting rod runs from the crank up to the piston, so I'm going to assume that's what you mean by "piston rod."
