Yeah it's kinda like alcohol. When you start doing it while your feeling down and by yourself, then you have a problem. I would say your best bet, is to be out and about as much as possible. Tuck that CD under you bed, and put in Crime Mobb or some Jermaine Dupri. If you start growing and emo eye-patch... go to detox immediately.
