i made this little workout chart thing because losing weight isnt easy for me. im by no means obeise, but just a bit chubby. i love biking, so theres alot of that. i want to get down to 155, which for me would be like next to no body fat, right now im 190-195. i wanna get to 155 for sports so i can be a lightweight rower (not important).
every time i try to lose weight, i end up doing it for like a week or 2 and then forget it. im gonna keep to this the whole summer and see how it goes for me though.
btw, smk? = smoke (weed). weed makes me lazy, and thats why i made a schedual of when im gonna let myself smoke too, so i wont be so lazy, but can still have fun.
