Our school has a boat going to nationals (for crew)

our crew team (im on it) qualified a lightweight 4 (4 guys all under 155) to nationals in cincinatty (sp?). i was in a heavyweight boat (over 155) but we didnt qualify. anyways, our lightweight 4 is supposed to race at 11:08, if you wanna follow it heres the link

this shit is like unheard of for our school, since we mostly suck at sports, but this is just fucking crazy that we got a boat into nationals.

for those of you who dont know, crew = rowing, but its actually a sport, not just rowing row boats around

I do dragon boat, our mix team came 4th in the world in Berlin, and we are curently the fastest team in North America, and we race in Club Crew Worlds in Toronto this year.

i went to nationals and we were one of the favourites to win but there was a huge crosswind all day for 3 days which was just breaking boats and sinking them so we had to go home without racing. that sucked.
