im thinking of getting it, but im wondering how their customer service is, what condition the dvds come in when rented, and if its worth $18 a month. i easily spend 40-50 dollars a month on renting movies, so i think this might be well worth it, but i dontknow how the quality of the dvds are and such, along with the whole shipping business.
