Anyone use netflix???

im thinking of getting it, but im wondering how their customer service is, what condition the dvds come in when rented, and if its worth $18 a month. i easily spend 40-50 dollars a month on renting movies, so i think this might be well worth it, but i dontknow how the quality of the dvds are and such, along with the whole shipping business.

It is wicked easy, disks come in great shape, I have never had a problem. You get it in the mail and then you use the same envelop as a return adress/postage sticker when you send it back. You pick the movie and they send it in only a few days, it works great... Plus 18 dollars is far better then the 40 you say you spend...

i also like the fact that i dont have tot ake it to the movie store which is like 50 seconds away lol, but theres no late fees cuz i always forget to take them back and i only have to walk 10 feet to send it out.

yeah i used to have it but i have good cable so i canceled it. but it is a very good deal i think

Just to warn you, if you become a really heavy user of their service, they will actually delay the sending of your DVDs out to you. It's a business, and they don't want to lose out on money spending more on postage for you than you pay.
If that happens to you, you can still get like 12-16 a month.
