Two year colleges near skiing in Vermont.

Working on differnt options for college, and the possibility of going to a two year school before I pick a major and a university is becoming more and more appealing. I'd spend a year at a 2year in VT. Then my next year outwest and finish up my second year. Then off to a 4 year.
Whistler and Mammoth are my first two choices, but I'm throwing in VT for the first and even possible second year....so...hook me up with some info.
Thanks much.

why not just find a place you like and go there for 4 years. You'll get a more consistent education and have better friends. Not to mention the difference in education quality between a community college and a university.

Up in Burlington there is:
UVM (where i graduated from)
Champlain College
CCV (community College of Vermont)
Burlington Community College
And then there are more schools throughout the state:
Middlebury
Johnson
Goddard
And that's all i can think of off the top of my head. CCV has some great classes, and you can get enough financial through them and VSAC (vt student assistant corp) to live and go to school. UVM is awesome, but incredibly expensive if you're out of state, however, there are some awesome things going on there and champlain. I think it was Right Side that put on tons of rail jams at both schools this year, and there is just a ton of skiers and riders at both schools. If you can swing the money, i'd suggest going to either of those two for two years then transfering. You'll get to meet people your age and get free rides to the mountain more frequently. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me an e-mail.

way to respond appropriately...
as far as 2 year schools... hit up HVCC in troy NY.. its only 1.5hr from mt snow and 1.25hrs from stratton.. the only mountains needed for east coast terrain parks..
