So yeah to make a long story short we planned a senior prank (forking the lawn), the cops came, we ran, got caught, spent the night in a holding cell being processed and now we are being charged with trespessing, criminal mischief and attempted burglary (even though we never even attempted at getting in the school or were near a door).

bull shit first of all that wont be any jail time second of all county lock up is different from state lock up you dont get raped in county it is normally sentences under 5 years.

but it sounds like the cops just trew the book at you, get a good laywer and it will get plaed down. you might get some ard or probation before judgement which means do a year of probi and if you dont get into any more trouble your record will be cleared after your probation.

but most likley you will probably be able to plaed it down to disorderly conduct pay about a 300 dollar fine and be done with it.
