Custom Brushes in Photoshop?

I downloaded a bunch but how do i get them to work? What folder do i put them in? Right now i have them in "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Brushes". Is that the wrong folder?

all i do when i get new brushes is go to brushes in photoshop then load brushes and load all my new ones i download'd
