Black band member?

my band is debating and thinking about dropping our guitarist. He is good but not that good, plus he smokes and we hate it when he smokes at practice or whenever we're with him ( we're strait edge). We are currently looking at a black guitarist but don't know if he will fit in even though he is really cool. I need advice.

trust me, no one on NS listens to your band, you guys are white trash emo kids from florida. And you do sound racist when you ask whether he would fit in or not only mentioning that he was black. You make it sound like "were not sure hes gonna fit in, hes black."
