My english teacher taught us this pardigm at the beginning of the year and applied it to everything we learned. Now using this paradigm and art and literature from each era/stage we need to tell weither there is hope or no hope for america's future.

So can anyone give tell me the name of a song that has either a hopeful or dispairing theme. (I kinda want to use a rap song so my teacher will have never listened to it before) anything will do
