I had a dream one time this sketchy kid from school stopped on my road and took out a sniper rifle and started shooting at me and shot everyone except me and I was running around, and woke up with my heart racing, and now whenever I see this kid (a super-senior) i get creeped out.
And I swear i don't have like anxiety problems or depression problems, just some random dream that was real lucid...
i had one where i was at a friends house and these guys broke in to robb the place, but we managed to kill on and take his weapons, then proceed to kill the rest
I had this dream where I was walking down my hallway but there were beds lined up against both walls and every time I walked past one, a dolphin popped out from under the sheets, wriggled and squeeled, then caught on fire. I just ran down the never ending hall with fire dolphins all night. It was kick ass.
oh shit i have those all te time, they kick ass. my favorite on was where i was trying to kill myself in a dream just so i could wake up. and i remember every part of it really clearly, even though i had it like 3 years ago.
Naw dude. Most likely none of you have had true lucid dreams. That stuff doesn't just happen. There supposed to be incredably detailed dreams that you can't even tell they are dreams. Like they are so real that you actually think you are awake. But if you realize you are actually dreaming, you can controll yourself like as if you were awake. It's extremely hard to accomplish and there are tons of different techniques to do it and to help you relize you are in a dream. Like one technique (the most common one) is to visualize you are walking up never ending stairs. Another one is to sleep with the Tv on very quietly and think about what you are hearing. (IF that is done correct you can also have audio in your dream.) Another one is to set your alarm for like 5 hours or something after you've fallen asleep. It wakes you up when you in the REM stage of your sleep or the deepest stage of sleep. And when you go back to sleep after waking up from that stage it makes it much easyier to accomplish lucidness. Your also supposed to visualize stairs with that one too.
And when your in dreams. The second part that is hard is to realize you are actually in a dream and not awake. A couple ways or things to pay attention for in the dream are things like, people you know doing or saying odd things that they would normally not do. Or, if you look at a TV, it will jus tbe blurry or fuzzy. And another is something to do, if you look at a clock. It should be messed up or the time will be way off and not make any sense. But ya, one night I was bored and I read tons of shit on it. I tried to do it many times, but everytime I tried to go to sleep and visualize the stairs I could never end up falling asleep. So I'd just give up on the visualizing.
also, whenever you have a dream, when you wake up the next morning, record and visualize everything about it. I hear this can help devolop the teqnique
oh yea, i tried that too, i got like 3 dreams... but i have horrible work habits so id always forget to do it. I think imma start it up again. I wrote down a cool dream with my bus driving home. And like the bus driver just left the seat and the bus kept going with no one driving. ANd i was like, OH SNAP! and ran up to the wheel and took over. SOme other stuff happeened i cant remember, but i wrote it down. If you write down all ur dreams they'ree super awesoem to read after. Im so startingthat for every ngiht. Liek last night i had a hectic dream. ANd i woke up and thought about it all over agian and how awesome it was. But now i forget it.
