hey i just bought a new macbook pro and was wondering what the best website editing program is for macs. I know dreamweaver is good, but are there any better ones??? i know html, and want something that is good for designing and for managing/updating. I think im gonna get dreamweaver but any other opions would be nice. thanks

bbedit is good for doing your html/php/whatever scripting language your into. You can use something like cocoaMysql or phpadmin to work with your databases

golive is pretty much equal to dreamweaver (although it can add some extra code where it isn't needed sometimes, but not a big deal).

a good HTML editor is Taco Edit HTML.

question, im just wondering, cause golive and dreamweaver both cost the same, what are the differences and is one better than the other??? they sort of sound like the same thing to me, and they cost the same, so what good and/or bad about each of them??? thanks

you could just use iweb......but if your actuallyinto web edititng and shit i would go for dreamweaver.
