Hidden Passages at your school

So today one of my buddies tells me that our school has a secret tunnel that goes from one building to the other and I'm like yeah right no way. So my friends and I spend our lunch period looking for it and find nothing. Then I tell this to one of my other friends who shows me where it is. It was like this little vent that has a ladder when you open it. I thought it was sick. We're gonna go through it tomorrow and see if it really goes to the other buidling. Its like something out of harry potter. Does anyone else have anything like this at their school most of the old ones with bomb shelters probably do.

story time....

a couple of my friends were under our school during the 30 hour famine at about 1AM. they were trying to figure out how to get from the guys' side of the school to the girls' side to give the girls a rude awakening with dodgeballs, which we always manage to do, (the girls and guys are separated by a locked gate during the night of the famine so there's no shananigans), and they had heard that you can go through the crawlspace under the school to get there. well, turns out that it was true, and someone nice even put flagging tape along the route, but the trap door on the other side came up on the stage, when the last gym was there. now that we've got a new gym, it's blocked off. anyways, they're under there, and one of my friends looked at the plastic on the insulation in one of the partions of the crawlspace. he saw "ABS INSL" but being very tired he can't figure out what it means. he realized soon after he was back at floor level that ASBS INSL obviously means asbestos insulation.

no odd affects on any of them.

yeah, my school is old and there are plenty of passages im sure. but seeing as everywhere that isnt occupied is still totally covered in asbestos, including the dungon weightroom that my team uses, ive never had much of a desire to go searching.

my school is old (pre 1920s i think), big (6 stories, multiple wings, a pool 4+ gyms), and really shitty (as in if it rains, you dont want to be on the 6th floor, etc) so i know that there are things like the bomb shelter and hidden staircases to the roof. but everything is also really well locked up.

id be interesting to see how much there really is though

my old school had one go from our school to the gym. and some random ass stairs in the play ground. im not sure where they went but it supposidly went down into another building under ground or somthing.

my high school had a bomb shelter, in the basement behind a locked door, and a room under the stage that you had to know how to get to. it was cool tho cuz to get into the basement all u needed was a knife to open the door, then you could go out the back door and drive off if u parked in the right spot.

then there is an old mental institution that has tunnles all over the place. its cool cuz when i was little they used to have a haubted house there, and they led you through the tunnles and stuff.

then i live near boston, and if anyone has ever been to south boston you know there are like 300 churches....they are all conected through underground tunnels and stuff!

yeah my school has a huge bomb shelter/tunnel under it that they used in the war, but now they just store all old shite in there and the door is chained up so we have never seen in

There are underground tunnels that go to practically every building on campus here at CU. Some of them are huge too- like 8 feet wide, 10 feet high. You can run through them for miles and pop up in random buildings. Some parts are lit and some aren't though. It is really disorienting in some spots because the tunnels turn at random angles over and over again and then sometimes they get really small and you practically have to crawl then all the sudden you have no idea where you are. All in all, pretty cool shit.

supssibly there are tunels that go from my upper school to the midle school and from the upper school to the gym but they are closed now cause the are not safe
i have to find a way to get into them

at my old school (gr. 3) there was a bomb shelter under our gym. also behind our music room/ under the auditorium there are a bunch of room that the teachers have apparently forgotten about. in one room there was all this "party food" ie. pop, chips, etc. so we go in there between classes and only a few people knew about it, then one kid told all his fat friends about it and they ate everything

Our school (Emerson College in Boston) has a tunnel that runs from this buildling called the LB (most dorms/caffeteria/etc), to the Boylston T station. Its only like just across the street, but cool nonetheless. Too bad its been closed for a while now.

Theres a secret staircase that goes up to the pool on the roof that all the freshmen go to, but I can never find it..

Theres this abandoned cheese factory in our town that had a big gas leak and everyone just left it and shit and now theres shit scattered all over and stuff.. pretty scary at night.


i dono who this is but i also live where he lives and that cheese factory is sketchy shitt. and dude the pool is right in the middle of the school, next to the gym duhhhh.
