So i got triplets mouunted with not so super bindings, because i didnt have much money and needed bindings on them for a trip, so if i buy a better rossi binding will the holes be the same so they wont have to redrill? Will they be the same with looks?

You might as well use the old holes, and then if they pull out, just drill new ones.

^I guess your right, if they're only drilled once, twice won't hurt.

It's perfectly fine to use the same holes. I did it myself on some old Skogens with Salomon bindings and rode them hard for park only and had no problems, and I've done it for customers' skis many times. Just be careful and take the screws out slowly by hand if you do it yourself (use a posi bit, NOT a philips!), and scrw in by hand with a dab of wood glue in each hole (extra glue won't really help), making sure you screw down slow, straight and push down hard as you do so. Take them to a shop and explain the whole situtation if you're unsure, but SPEAK TO THE GUY WHO WILL BE DOING IT! Otherwise, remount if you don't mind a different binding position.
