You don't need to find them (i think you are trying to buy a product from them) just purchase and choose to pay with paypal and it does it all for you.

u can't "find people" on paypal. they either request money from you, or they give you thier paypal informoration and u send them money

When you checkout on D-Structure, you will be given an option on how to pay. One choice will be paypal. Check that one and sign in with you paypal email and password. Then click pay and computers do the rest.
