salomon pro models

hey i can get a pair of last years salomon pro models (the dark charcoal ones - with the neon green buckle) for AUD$600 = US$300-350). anyway i've heard these are meant to be the shit but are they worth the money or should i save and get a boot from this year's range

no, that's a little pricey for last years, you can get this years for cheaper 600 cdn wich is about 350 i think us, they are a good boot but a little stiff for park but other than that awesome all over

I have that boot in a 27.5...not for sale but we could compare fit...foot shape etc. I have a narrow foot, wear an 11 shoe. The boot has a thin liner and it will pinch the SHIT out of your acilles heel the first few days. It didn't pinch mine that bad, but bad enough for me to feel it. This boot doesn't really fit that many foot styles, it's not a boot that TONS of people like. Rather, it's a boot that if you have the right foot style, you'll love it...i fuckin sleep with mine on.

yea i know all about the racing shell, different lier etc.... and i'm after a performance boot. I've tried on the pair i'm goin to buy and it fits pretty nice. What i want to know is shodl i fork out the AUD$600 = USD$300-$350 for last years or is there a better boot out there for my money
