how do you save videos from putfile onto your computer so that you can burn the video onto a disc

okay
open the link to the vid
pause it
ctrl U
a window will come up with a bunch of shit written
ctrl F while in that window
lower left corner a find bar comes up
type mp4 if its quicktime and mov if its windows
in the window the direct link to the movie will be highlighted save that link and your pearl
