this might seem like a pointless thread to some ppl. but before i make this investment, ive only ridden 172's. im 6'0 tall and looking at a 185 arv. im a good skiier and im gonna have a ceperate park ski so im not worried about that. but there center mounted so idk how this is gonna work out. someone wana help me out
What weight are you, where are you skiing and what terrain will this be for mostly? You'll be able to handle a 285 ARV for sure if that's what you're worried about, but I'd go for something bigger and stiffer if this is your non park ski and you're a good skier.
185 should be quite easy for you a 172 would be like snowblades for someone whos 6ft so this is closer to what you should be on but u could go longer too 185 would be a good park ski for you i wouldn't go any shorter then that for park longer if your looking for an off piste ski
I'm 6' and 160 pounds and I like something right around 190 for all-mountain skiing. The ARV's should be fine for you, but whatever you do DON'T CENTER MOUNT THEM.
yeah, im skiing east coast, im only gonna use them for the snowfields for the most part so im gonna take them and move them back. just making sure 185 isnt to big. and my park ski is 179 fuji's so i dont think thats that bad
