im also having trouble loading an icon...

i have one thats 50x50 but is 7.8k

and when i make is smaller so that its 3.8k, its only 36x36, and i cant load that eithe because its too small.

what should i do to make the files smaller?

if you have PS, you can open it and save it at a lower quality. or just post the pic and I might take pity on your soul

save it, then just go to My NS, up top, and click member icon > upload

that's weird. When I saved it it was 3.75 KB, but when it gets uploaded on NS, it's 11. I may have to work on this

there is probialy some more programs out there, but PS is the best for doing it cause you can keep alot of the quality with making the picture a smaller size and so on and so forth, but did you notice i made your picture very small... so you can use it as an icon now
