I got sick last night, and finals are approaching fast. My friend said he got over his cold really fast by having huge amounts of vitamin C and water. So i've been following that today, and man... I think I've downed over 5 liters so far in liquids, including 5 cups of tea. I'm using the bathroom now every 45 minutes, like clockwork. However, I feel only marginally better, and I usually feel like I need to pee. Has anyone else tried this plan? Does it work or is my friend just one of those people that gets over colds in a day?

dude, airborne works really really well when you first get sick.....its like zinc and vitamin C, a fuck ton of it......if you take those two while youre sick, they help to reduce the span of the colda lot.....well at least for me it does

I'm drinking tons of water because I have a cold. I think I would know if I had a urinary tract infection, and if I did, I definently wouldn't be drinking all this water.

I drinks assloads of water when I'm sick all the time. I think it works because it flushes about everything through your body and you get all nice and cleaned out. I think.

i peed 21 times in one day i was on a tripa dn drank 6 nalgenes in the 2 hours than that ngiht i pee'd my pants(i got up and was extremely tired took like 20 min to finda bathroom oin the dark not ym house and i sttod a tthe tooilet and forgot to take off my pants and was to tired to stop it then it hit me wat i was doing and i woke rihgt up)

i drink alot of water, get alot of fresh air, take too much meds and pretend i feel better and it seems to work quicker than some people

Im up to 16 now I think... Its weird, its reminiscent of getting drunk off of beer at a party and having to pee all the time, except theres no drunkenness. I took some sinus stuff, so at least the pressure is gone in my head.

i dont see how it could harm you. i would say that 16 pisses is around 6 litres.. i wouldnt worry.

6 litres is 600ml sooo devided by 16 is like 375 ml a pee! sounds good to me!
