Need help im desprate money involved

k to start this off i no i sound like a complete tool but i have 2 summatives i have to do and it is killing me so this is the favour i need whoever helps me gets 5 bucks via paypal
this is what i need

i am doing a depate on why the youth criminal justice act should be abolished ( i am pro so i agree with it getting abolished)
would you be able to help me write a constructive argument for the debate. It has to be a constuctive and should be like 3-4 min long

so like a constuctive on why the youth criminal justice act should be gotten rid of
and incase you don't know a constructive is like an argument type thing
plz ppl i am dying here my civics mark is on the line right now i have like 57% so i need this to pass

just take 4 or 5 mins saying the words "I dissagree" its very constructive
