i have a paypal account but i havent had it verified yet does that affect my spending limit every time i send money or do i have a certain amount i can spend until i get verified.
if so what is the bank thing you have to do to get verified.

getting verified just means you put a checking account number on file. it just helps out with fraud and other crap. you dont need to do that but some auctions you HAVE to have a verified account to bid/win/buy

another question:
can u set up a paypal account so that more then 3 people can access it? i know u can, jus not sure if it depends on the bank account. which leads me to my other question.
Can u set up a bank account so that people can share it? like separate from your own personal account. i.e. for business.
i confused myself so i deffinately dont expect anyone to know wut im talking about.
