use it. put a ball in it with a strong rubber band around it. use it. use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.use it.
the directions are so general though. Where should I put the oil, how shoiuld I apply it, how much of it should I use? I try to use it as much as possible, Ive been using it almost every day for the past few weeks and Ive had it for like 2 years.
yeah don't be afraid to use the oil pretty liberally. i always use shaving cream too. at night, wrap a ball in it, put 8000 rubber bands around it, and put it under your mattress. catch balls with it. catch balls. play catch. use it. throw and catch. use it. get it dirty, throw it around, treat it like a bitch, but it's tough love. then lick it.
hmm... im not the baseball player myself but id say...... buy a used one.... or use a new one. The time will come when the "break-in-ness" sets in.
Be patient young grasshopper.
i just bought a new ssk at the beginning of the season for like 230 and it was soposed to be "field ready" but it wasent..so i bought this stuff called dr glove..its this foam stuff you rub in the glove and then put it in the oven in a low temp for like 5 minutes..then you repeat that like 3 times..works like a charm
yea my new omaha pro is fucking tight as hell. Just get one of the pitchers on your team to throw hard to you for a little while at practice and she will break right in after a while
i have this glove also cause im a left fielder..its a rawlings pro prefiered and it broke in so well..i could use it in a game within a week of breaking it in
just play a lot of catch with it, it will break in. What kind of glove do you have? I have an A2000 and an A3000 and both broke in very easy and im very satisfied with them. If anyone is planning on getting a new glove, look at the 2000's and 3000's.
i just got the wilson a3000 kg4 for half price on this website some place in colorado and im trying everything to break it in i usually take some rubberband and basballs and put weight on it and leave it for a couple days then just work in the fingers or my cuzin took his to an actually breaking in place for gloves it cost like 30$
everything eveyone else has said, oil it, put a ball in it and wrap it at night. the only other thing i used to do with mine was that when i was just hanging out and watching tv or eating dinner and stuff....i used to open it and sit on it so almost to flatten it out....worked for me.
