Ipod and itunes...HELP!

well i just got my comp back today after it got completely revamped. The technicians deleted everything so its basicly like a new comp. I have all my songs on my ipod but my Itunes library is empty. How do i get my songs from the ipod onto my library???

WATCH OUT!



I did the same thing when i reformated my comp. I put all the songs on my iPod and when i plugged it into my laptop after the reformat, iTunes reformated my iPod to sync it up with the reformatted laptop!


Lost 10gb of music.


I dunno what to do though because as soon as i plugged it in, it reformatted the iPod

the ipod. i really dont know about this cause i never did anything with my ipod software wise. i stole it from my sister when she went to college. so it was all done for me.
