Ski Soundtrack Music Sharing Network?

I posted this late last night in Media and Arts, but it really should be here. Also, nobody ever looks in M&A and I want some opinions on this:



So, I like a lot of the music from ski movies, as I'm sure many of you do. Also as most of us know, some of the songs are really really tough to find. I was thinking today, and I figure that some people must have some of these hard to find songs that wouldnt mind sharing them. So, what do you guys (and girls) think about some sort of cult/group/network that accumulates these songs together somewhere?

We would do this independant of NS so no lawsuits or anything, and probably use a service like DC++ or maybe a bittorrent group... I'm open to any ideas and I'm really open ideas from anyone who knows how to set one of these things up. All we need is:

-A place where NS members can share/trade/inform where to buy said music online (maybe a group that has a password or something)

-Enough interest and NS'ers who sign on to make this work.




I'd be willing to contribute stuff from my collection. Right now, I have about 80% of all the songs from major ski movies made in the last 6 years.


Plus, if we had this, imagine: you hear a song in a ski movie, go online, select the movie from a list we have compiled and download the song from somewhere. Easy. No more 'whats this song' or 'where can i get this' song threads, more ski music for everyone... I think its a good idea.
