Need help resizing pictures

i need help getting some picks down to 100K to put in my profile. i only have iphoto. helpppp.

do you have the program called dell image expert application?
1. basically you need some kind of viewer that will let you zoom out so its smaller
2. once you've done that you press print screen and then open paint
3. click paste and the whole picture of the screen will come up
4. it will already be all selected so you can move it around to crop just the picture you want
5. then save it

guesssing u have a mac?
if u have windows, go find paint and u can resize there easy. u can figure it out from there... or ask for more help

super easy program to do this and its for mac. Find a program called "freePhotoConverter 2". I think its on www.macupdate.com , just search for it. All you do it drag and drop the images you want to compress. I use it all the time and does the job well.
