How long since it was rebuilt? Even with proper maintinence, a d15 with 210,000 on it is asking for trouble. You would be lucky to get $500 for it, assuming it had alot of work done recently on it (head gasket, internals checked, main seal, oil pan gasket, head cleaning, etc).
The problem you face is that someone could buy a whole d15 in a rolling vehicle for what you would be expecting to get for a lightly modified engine.
Of course, all this would be worthless if I didnt propose a solution...nitrous the hell out of the d15 and when it blows, drop money on a b16 or prelude swap (forget the engine code...I was big into subaru tuning and only knew as much about hondas as my friends talked about in front of me.)
