I just heard of them, and they are really good, i think they made some music in the 90's idk if they are still around, i dont think so, but they are really good, aeroplane over the sea, oh comely, communist daughter, engine, are all good songs probably more too

jeff mangum is a genius. hes their singer. they released on avery island in 96, aeroplane in 98, and the band hasnt really done much recording since. live at jittery joes is an acoustic set that jeff did in '01 i believe. but he is amazing, and aeroplane is one of the best albums ever. on avery island is good, but some of the stuff is kinda all over the place. its the kind of band that youll get addicted to, so keep listening to them...every song is as good as the last for the most part.
